The Parauapebas industrial warehouses

Context
When companies began arriving in Parauapebas, in 2005, there was nowhere to set up: the city had a severe shortage of new, modern buildings.
The project
Since 2011, PH Noronha has developed and built wholly owned industrial and commercial warehouses designed around their occupants' routines: clear spans, maneuvering yards, integrated offices, and ongoing maintenance.
Long-term view
The properties stay in the portfolio and are managed directly, with a close relationship with every occupant — the oldest expression of the group's ownership mindset.

Marion Oaks homes

Marion Oaks · Ocala · Florida

Context
Marion Oaks, in the Ocala area of central Florida, is the current focus of the group's residential growth in the United States.
The project
Through NHP Builder, the group develops and builds modern homes for sale, with cost discipline and direct site control. Through PHNORONHA LLC, it rents out its own homes in the area under long-term leases.
Long-term view
Florida is the next chapter of the same story: build well, hold for decades, and know every asset by name.

2027 project

Marion Oaks commercial

Marion Oaks · Ocala · Florida

Context
Marion Oaks' growth is creating demand for neighborhood commercial and service space — practices, offices, and small businesses serving the area's new residents. In 2025, the group acquired commercial land in the area for this front.
The project
Planned for 2027: a service center and flexible commercial spaces, developed for long-term leasing and income, with cost, real demand, and approvals evaluated before any construction.
Long-term view
The same method applied to commercial work: understand what the place needs, size for real demand, and build to hold.
