Founded in 2011, PH Noronha pioneered the construction of commercial and industrial warehouses for lease in the Carajás region. Each property is built around its occupant's operation — from the clear span to the integrated office — and stays in the company's portfolio.

Its work remains what it was at the start: build, manage, and lease its own properties, with a direct relationship with every occupant. It does not broker third-party real estate.
